By this time, everyone and their neighbours are aware of a new Maruti Suzuki Swift in the pipeline. In the past couple of days, every major media has been carrying news on the upcoming new Swift. Maruti Suzuki has cleared the air by telling its dealers to ask customers to upgrade to the new Swift which goes on sale in August, 2011. Some of the major highlights of the new Swift, other than a new interior and exterior is the lighter body shell boosting fuel efficiency marginally. The diesel variant of the Swift will be available with all the bells and whistles as Maruti will be launched a ZDi variant this time around.
